Intention, imbued with Ritual and aligned Action, is a powerful force for transformation.

Take a moment; pause a moment, before you leap, lurch, dance, dive, or stagger head-long into the intensity of the new year.

Create the time and space to hear the calling of your soul. Take some time and space for the dreams and visions to arise. Pause -for more than a moment-  to be still and listen. Listen. Sense and feel. Notice. Be open to receiving the Vision which is seeking expression through you.

Then honour the Vision, honour the tender inkling of an inspiration, the flicker of a thought, the fleeting glimpse of a dream or possibility. Cradle, love and nurture it. Capture it! Tend to it.
